Selections
In the beta of the new Selections panel, you now have access to Object Target, Layer Target and Content Target selection tools. Object Target makes it easier to select the entire object in an image. Layer Target helps to identify what goes inside of each individual layer to allow for an endless amount of customization. Content Target helps to create boundaries to the edges of an image, or content to be filled in.
You also have the ability to use the new Split Selection command to easily split your selection group and create a selection that is on top of another selection.
